Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or equivalent Walgreens experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong ethics and communication skills.
• Completion of LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of starting as an ESM.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with potential relocation for promotion.
• Possession of or ability to obtain required licensure and fit within company policies.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team, including recruitment, performance management, and discipline.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, inventory, pricing, and resets.
• Ensure store assets, safety, and regulatory compliance while delivering on company deliverables.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to drive sales and store performance.
• Support community outreach and external partnerships as needed.
