Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and manage associates, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet goals and guest experiences.
Lead and develop team to achieve financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Drive store performance and participate in a leadership training program for success.
Support ongoing career and leadership development within Panda Restaurant Group.
