Panda Express is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store in California, drive guest experiences, and manage staff to meet financial goals. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Uphold a high standard of integrity, ethics, and safe, welcoming environment in an open-kitchen setting.
