Job summary

Mejuri, a fast-growing luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Store Manager in San Diego to lead the in-store experience and partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day operations. You will assist in overseeing store performance, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The team views you as the go-to for guidance on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and you will support across operations, inventory control, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience in retail or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of customer experience and KPI delivery.
• Experience driving sales, promotions, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure Mejuri's Steps of Selling are followed.
• Drive KPI attainment: customer retention, conversion, and NPS.
• Oversee inventory, back-of-house operations, and merchandising.
• Coach and engage store team with scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate execution of campaigns, displays, and visual standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to optimize QA, shrink, and escalation handling.
