Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; setting clear expectations; providing associate recognition.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and giving feedback; communicating with all levels of staff on store operations and initiatives.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses; ensuring merchandise presentation and seasonal transitions are managed; mitigating shrink and ensuring sales goals.
• Builds a culture of belonging by promoting respect, integrity and teamwork; ensuring customer service standards are met and issues are resolved.
