Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievement valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Monitor progress against KPIs to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention.
• Participate in local community initiatives and events.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store environment that encourages learning.
