Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising operations, budgeting, merchandising, and implementing action plans to reduce shrink while delivering EDLP and community programs.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent; or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete required trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).
• Preferred: experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and guest services to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Drive sales and profit by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Coordinate stakeholder plans, ensure safety and compliance, and support community initiatives.
