Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Brand Ambassador to drive sales, embody our values, and lead initiatives on the sales floor. You will nurture customer connections and model an inclusive culture while supporting overall store performance.

Responsibilities include recruiting support, analyzing sales trends, and delivering superior customer experiences. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move product, cartons, or fixtures as needed
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on customer experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training as needed
