Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Firearms-related requirements apply where facilities sell firearms, including CBC and training when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages customer service initiatives, merchandising, inventory flow and store operations.
• Recruits and develops associates, sets expectations and promotes belonging.
• Ensures policy compliance and upholds integrity and ethics.
• Acts to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals in the designated area.
