Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and feedback aligned with store operations.
• Drive store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and control of expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues following OBW principles.
• Promote a sense of belonging and develop qualified associates for growth.
