Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC may be required.
• Attending and completing job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates through training, feedback, and mentorship.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved following Walmart service standards.
