Walmart Inc. in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a store supervisor to lead hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, and assign duties while promoting a culture of belonging and exceptional service.

You will support store operations, oversee performance against goals, participate in budgeting and expense control, and drive customer satisfaction through leadership and teamwork. Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills are essential to guide teams through daily challenges and initiatives

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will attend required trainings and assessments.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports (preferred).
• Facilities with firearms may require CBC/eligibility checks where applicable.
