Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Manager on Duty to partner with store management to lead staff toward sales, service, and operational goals. The role requires coaching, clear communication of priorities, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

You will help recruit staff, foster an inclusive environment, leverage store reports to drive decisions, support training, and ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience and a high Net Promoter Score.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, lift up to 50 lbs.
