Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence when on duty. You will open and close the store and lead by example in delivering a premier customer experience.

You will inspire the team, manage staffing, and leverage store reports to meet business goals while maintaining an inclusive, engaging work environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and business pulse.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team to maximize performance.
• Communicate priorities and sales information to staff.
• Assist in recruiting and promote inclusive environment.
• Utilize store reports to drive business decisions.
