Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Medina, OH is seeking a Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management. You will lead and develop store teams, drive sales, and oversee operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role involves supervising hourly associates, managing budgets, and implementing company initiatives while maintaining compliance with policies and driving a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Manage store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer service standards using Walmart’s One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Drive store financial performance through merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promote a sense of belonging.
