Job summary

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Coach to deliver exceptional consumer service and uphold a premium brand experience in our Wisconsin store.

You will coordinate, coach, and motivate the team, supporting daily business to hit sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, and promotions. You will lead with cross-functional responsibilities, hire and onboard staff, and schedule shifts while maintaining a positive Nike culture.

Qualifications

• Advanced customer service skills with demonstrated ability in leading a shop floor (or department) team in creating a unique customer experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy, and visual standards.
• Ensure inventory is on the sales floor and available for digital orders while maintaining brand standards.
• Coordinate with department leads to manage product journey and monthly initiative launches.
• Oversee hiring/onboarding processes and store scheduling in collaboration with store leadership.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and bring the consumer journey to life on the sales floor.
• Use data and analytics to inform commercial decisions and drive continuous improvement.
