Walmart in Alexander City, AL seeks a dynamic store leader to coach and develop a high-performing team while driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You will guide customer service improvements, manage budgets, and lead training initiatives to meet business goals.

Candidates should have 2 years of college or relevant supervisory experience, with strong emphasis on teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to the Walmart values.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training where applicable.
• Attending and completing all required trainings such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; Certificates in People and Business Leadership via Live Better U.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by training, coaching, and feedback to associates; drives store operations and customer service through OBW model.
• Manages store profitability by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to align with sales and goals.
• Oversees staffing plans, hiring, training, and mentoring to build a high-performing team and promote a culture of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies and ethics; supports Open Door Policy and effective business processes.
