Job summary

Walmart is looking for an experienced Store Leader to oversee operations at the Orlando location. You will coach and develop a team, manage budgets, and implement the One Best Way service model to ensure a superior customer experience.

You will drive sales and profit, optimize merchandising and inventory flow, and lead initiatives to reduce shrink while fostering a culture of belonging and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Requires background checks and any state-specific training for firearms or ammunition where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and feedback, teaching and listening to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and implement the One Best Way service model.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, seasonal transitions and operational processes.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates and promote belonging.
