Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications specify 2 years of college or 1 year retail experience plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• For firearm facilities, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates must complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door trainings).
• Preferred Qualifications include a BS in Business Management and Leadership and prior direct reports management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues following OBW service model.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and development of associates to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote a culture of belonging.
