Responsibilities

• Upholds the Open Door Policy, engaging with Associates and the community to address concerns and improve policies.
• Drive the facility's financial performance by meeting sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
• Lead store operations, merchandising, and staff development across the management team.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities, fostering a culture of belonging and performance.
