Palmetto State Armory L is seeking a Full Time Sales Representative in Summerville, SC. You will lead customer service efforts, assist management with store operations, and help resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.

This developmental role aims to prepare you for a management position, with opportunities to lead teams and contribute to sales growth. You will coach staff, maintain store standards, and implement new programs from corporate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience in retail or service industry.
• Proficient with computers; Excel and Outlook required.
• Knowledge of NetSuite preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ATF regulations preferred.
• Ability to manage people and processes; seek continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Create the best possible customer experience.
• Maintain store function and compliance standards.
• Delegate tasks as needed.
• Coach and train staff to provide exceptional sales and service.
• Increase sales through coaching and motivation of the team.
• Communicate effectively with staff for growth and direction.
• Support store appearance and operations.
• Communicate new programs from corporate and implement them to gain efficiencies.
• Partner with retail management to execute store strategies.
• Assist with profitability through donations, small expenditures, and staffing decisions.
• Operate registers, manage cash handling, and cover opening/closing duties.
• Report to store manager and Senior Floor Lead with daily duties.
• All other duties as assigned.
