Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Understanding of safety, cash, and store security policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stock presentation according to standards.
• Assist in inventory management including damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork and controls.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide strong customer service leadership.
• Model company procedures and policies.
• Participate in store opening/closing.
• Ensure safe deposit of company funds and cash accountability.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store environment.
