Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact profitability and brand through strong customer connections.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and authentic customer connections.
• Engage the community through events to build loyalty.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.
