Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and basic banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet, assist customers, and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, rotating, and displays.
• Maintain inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Implement and maintain planograms; ensure shelves are presented per standards.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, refunds, and deposits; count tills.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
