Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cashier accountability; deposit funds as needed.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
