Job summary

Panda Express is actively seeking experienced leaders for the store management team. You will assist in operating a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in and complete a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support leadership and development within the store to drive performance and customer experience.
