Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and strong support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and drive guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet financial goals.
• Lead and participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
