Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Support from Panda leadership and community throughout development.
