Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in Christiansburg, VA.

You will hire, train, and supervise associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding Panda standards and policies. We offer a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, with a flexible schedule that may include openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, manage and direct associates to meet goals and guest-experience standards.
