Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Mechanicsville, VA to help run a Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience expectations.
• Support and participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for store leadership responsibilities.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment for guests and team members.
