Starting wage is $26.00 per hour with a $27.00 wage increase in year two; full-time position averaging 38 hours weekly, with benefits including healthcare, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Meets state/local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Develop operational action plans and schedules.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Model ALDI core values and foster teamwork.
• Monitor competitive environment and adjust operations.
• Provide product feedback and merchandising input.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Communicate weekly updates and milestones.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns in the absence of the direct leader.
• Identify hazards and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage.
• Assist with stock levels and ordering.
• Merchandise products neatly and ensure signage accuracy.
• Support payroll and loss prevention goals.
• Supervise daily operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of responsibilities to deliver customer service.
