Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish and communicate responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Identify training opportunities to develop direct reports.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage while protecting assets.
