Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store in California. You will hire, coach, and direct a team to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week store leadership training program will prepare you for success. Eligible full-time associates receive a comprehensive benefits package including meals, medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth into management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to move within a 50 mile radius of home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
