Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store in California. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and support to team members.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
