Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. The role includes assisting store operations, hiring and directing associates, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to open/close shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training; ongoing career development and leadership opportunities.
