Job summary

A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success. This full-time role requires a high school diploma, Serve Safe certification, and flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to reach financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program.
• Support store leadership and ensure adherence to company standards.
