Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will hire, direct and develop associates while leading daily operations and maintaining quality standards.

A comprehensive leadership training program of 3+ weeks is provided to prepare you for success within our Panda family community in California and nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and manage and direct hourly associates.
• Hire, train and supervise staff to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program for store management.
