Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Modesto, CA location. You will help operate a single Panda Express store, hire and lead associates, and strive to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a three-week or longer leadership training program and have opportunities for career growth within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operation and manage associates to meet goals.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to deliver guest experiences.
• Support leadership training and development for store teams.
• Ensure food safety and compliance.
