Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching and directing staff to meet financial targets and ensure guest satisfaction.

We offer a comprehensive leadership training program of 3+ weeks and a robust benefits package. The role requires flexibility to relocate within 50 miles and to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
