Eligible candidates will undergo extensive training, enjoy benefits and career growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility to move within 50 miles and work varied shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training during onboarding.
