Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store and lead a team to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program, with opportunities for growth into management positions and ongoing leadership development. This on-site role requires flexibility for shifts and location within 50 miles of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store and help drive financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to deliver exceptional service and store performance.
• Participate in leadership training programs to prepare for future store management roles.
