A 3+ week store leadership training program will prepare you for success, with mentorship and career development opportunities within our growing family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and supervise associates to meet goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial and guest-service goals.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
