Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, drive financial results, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee hiring, training and supervision while participating in a 3+ week leadership program designed to develop future store leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
