Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the operation of a single store and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be supported by a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare you for success.

You will participate in hiring, scheduling, and performance management, with opportunities for growth within our family of restaurants and a strong focus on development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve goals.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Support 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
