Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a single Panda store and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, guide, and supervise team members to meet financial goals, while delivering high-quality service.

You will participate in a multi-week store leadership training program designed to prepare you for future management roles and ongoing career development within Panda.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program for store management.
