Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Henderson, NV to oversee daily store operations, support a team of associates, and drive guest satisfaction. You will participate in a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare you for success, with opportunities for advancement within our growing restaurant family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and help achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to maintain service standards and store performance.
