You will support opening and closing routines, drive sales, and ensure seamless store operations. You will supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train the non-management team, and demonstrate strong product knowledge while building visual displays and analyzing reports to inform decisions.

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
