Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store functions and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Assist with organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain storefront fixtures and promotional displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Keep store areas neat, well-stocked, and organized per standards.
• Protect store assets including cash and backroom inventory.
• Follow policies, safety guidelines, and ensure associates comply.
• Support Store Manager in coaching and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
