Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Ogden, Utah. As an Assistant Manager, you will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and direct crew, drive toward financial goals, and ensure guests receive exceptional service.

We provide a three-week plus Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, plus ongoing mentorship from a supportive Panda community.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store with oversight of associates to meet goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
