Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, oversee hiring and directing associates, and drive financial results while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A multi‑week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Candidates must be flexible to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. Mobility within a 50‑mile radius is required, with Serve Safe certification strongly preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Must be willing to relocate within 50 miles if needed.
• Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in store operations and leadership of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
